Marriage Awakening - Color Your Marriage 0

Color Your Marriage Event

Several years ago the beginnings of our marriage ministry began in a great local church in Miami, OK.  We were blessed to be given the opportunity by some wonderful leadership in the church to minister to other couples in the area.  As time went on we received much training, and attained many relationship tools in our pursuit of a successful marriage ministry. As we continued serving other couples through mentoring opportunities and date night events, we ran across something very unique and wonderful.  One day we met a very fun and sincere couple who were going to teach some relationship...

Are You Investing In Marriage?

I was mowing the lawn at my home this weekend and it hit me.  I must be a real cheapskate when it comes to investing in our own lawn.  This trait must come from my dad since he has been known to say on many occasions that, “I would rather concrete every inch of the yard then have to waste my time mowing it.”  I hate to say that I think I may agree with that statement.  As I began my arduous journey atop our ever-so-temperamental riding lawn mower, I began to ponder the yard work over the years. First...

Dog Fight

In our family, we have two tiny chihuahuas. I know… not the most manly dogs for a family with 4 men and only 2 women, but we love them anyway. How can you not love those two sweet little faces? Just see the photo above and you’ll know what we mean. This morning, our two precious angels got into a dog fight. This is somewhat normal for them since Lucy (the white one) thinks that she is the boss of Barley (the tan one). But it was a bit more extreme today. There was gnarling and gnashing sprinkled with high...
